Processing Orders: When you place your order with us we will process it the same day if you placed your order before 2.00pm Eastern Time or the following day if placed after that time. Once your payment is confirmed we will submit your order to our warehouse within 24 hours (unless you selected an expedited shipping method). Once received at our warehouse your order will typically leave the warehouse 2-3 days later (excluding customized products and certain items that are made specifically for your order) if you selected UPS Ground Service or US Postal Service (Some manufactures ship FedEX). Orders placed before 2.00pm Eastern time (and your payment was confirmed) where the shipping selected was UPS or FedEx 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air Saver will be processed for shipping the same business day (excluding custom items or other items that we specifically order from other manufacturers for your order). We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays, however our web site UniquePokerItems.com is available 24/7 to process your orders as early as possible the next business day. We do not ship until full payment has been received. If your order is selected for further validation (i.e. your credit card was denied or an item is temporarily out of stock) we will notify you within 8 working hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). We will inform you of the reason for the delay, either by e-mail or telephone. In rare cases, your order may be delayed 3 or 4 business days. To check the status of your order, please e-mail us at customersupport@uniquepokeritems,com with your order number and we will contact you with the status by return e-mail.

UNRESOLVED ORDERS ARE KEPT OPEN FOR NO MORE THAN 10 CALENDAR DAYS.  IF WE ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU AND YOU DO NOT RESPOND WITHIN 48 HOURS YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED. 

Shipping Guarantees: We do not offer weekend or holiday delivery. if you order Next Day Air Saver on a Friday after 2.00pm Eastern time you will not receive your order until the following Tuesday. Please note: we do not guarantee shipping times. We rely on UPS, FedEx or USPS and have no control other than ensuring that your order is properly packaged, addressed and sent to the carrier within the times we state on this site.
 
Product Guarantees; All of our new products are guaranteed against manufacturer faults. Free items do not carry a guarantee. 
We do not accept any returns unless merchandise is received damaged or defective, then we will file a damage claim with the shipper and replace the item in a timely manner. All damage reports must be filed within 7 days of merchandise receipt by the customer or we will lose our damage claim rights with our shippers. 
 
In some cases, we may make an exception to our return policy and accept returns within 30 days of sale on items that are unopened and in new and resaleable condition, meaning that chips are still in their shrink wrap and unopened, and all other parts are also new and unused. In such cases, there will be a 25% restocking fee. 
 
In general, the nature of gambling supplies is such that you will not find defects or breakdowns as they are not electronic or mechanical items. If you come across shipping damages, we cover that if reported in a timely manner.
 
Damaged Delivery: You are responsible for ensuring that your items are delivered in good condition, i.e. if you accept the delivery and sign for the item, you are agreeing that the delivery is in acceptable condition.  YOU CANNOT CLAIM FOR DAMAGE IF YOU SIGN FOR THE ITEM WITHOUT MAKING NOTE OF THE DAMAGE. If you are concerned that the item(s) is damaged, please make this clear to the delivery company and make a notation on the delivery form that the item(s) may be damaged.
 
Loss or Theft During Delivery: Most times delivery is made to your home  or store without problems, but unfortunately sometimes theft does occur during delivery or an item(s) you ordered may  be lost during transit by the shipping company. Our obligation in these instances is to investigate the cause of loss.  If the item was lost in transit or theft occurred, we will claim for this loss on our insurance. Once the claim has been settled we will ship your replacement. This also applies to expedited delivery services. Every package that leaves our warehouse is weighed and that weight is a check and balance to ensure that all of the items ordered are in your package when they leave us.
 
Return Policy on Customized Chips: We are sorry but we cannot accept returns on any  customized chips.Once you have approved the proof on your chip design and they have been customized to your specification, we cannot re-sell them to others.
 
Return Policy on Products: To initiate a return, all merchants must call in and get a Return Authorization. Returns will not be accepted without authorization. This is to ensure that the return is processed in the most efficient manner possible. Please make sure to include your order number and return information to ensure proper processing.
 
When a customer wishes to return a product, they must inform UniquePokerItems.com, within 30 days and then go to http://www.your shipping.com and generate the return form to include in the package. If this does not happen, we do not know where the package came from and you will not receive credit for the return.
There are some guidelines to follow when deciding to return a product.
1. Closeout items are unable to be returned.
2. Customized chips of any kind cannot be returned.
3. If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned.
4. We cannot accept opened DVD’s, Copag or KEM or Da Vinci cards.They cannot be resold and will not be refunded.
5. If a customer receives defective merchandise, they can only exchange it for a similar product of equal or lesser value.
6. If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 25% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund you will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY. However we will gladly refund returned shipping on a defective or incorrectly shipped item that you are wanting an exchange on.
 
If a product arrives damaged, UniquePokerItems.com must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement is sent out.
 
All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment. If you sign for a shipment without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, Unique Poker Items is not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.
 
In the rare event that the wrong product is shipped, this will need to be sent back to us. If this is to occur, UniquePokerItems.com must be notified immediately. The customer will need to pay for the return Ground shipping but will be reimbursed up to the amount originally paid once the product has been received. We recommend returning the product with a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive to our warehouse. They will only be reimbursed if they are exchanging it for another product. If there is no exchange, then there will be no refund of return shipping.
 
You, (our customer) will be refunded in the same manner of payment with which you paid for the original order. For example, if the order was placed with a Visa card then it will be refunded to that same Visa credit card.
 
Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed. If you feel like a return has taken longer than 2 weeks, please contact UniquePokerItems. com for any questions you may have. Unique Poker Items reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please review this policy each time you place an order as there may have been changes made in the interim period.
